Too Tired To Workout

I have a hard time telling when I’ve pushed my workouts too far. Take this week for example. I’m planning to swim three days in a row because I’ll be taking a couple days off later in the week, yet I feel completely run down. It’s hard to pinpoint why I’m so tired, and I don’t know if I should take one of the three days off or push through.
