Difficulities

I’ve been having trouble eating well lately, and I can’t understand why. I’ve reached my goal weight more or less and I feel great. I still have a strong desire to eat foods that will move me away rather than towards my goals. Have you ever felt this way, or have you ever had this issue yourself when it comes to eating.

I’m starting to believe the people who say staying at your desired weight is as difficult as losing the weight in the first place. I’m not giving up though, and I’ll find a way to succeed!
