The purpose of this blog is to chronicle my journey towards financial freedom, and to help others achieve their financial dreams as well. You won’t find any get rich quick schemes here or ways to double your internet income in twenty minutes. What you will find is reasonable advice for people who work hard for their money.
It is also important to note that I am a Christian, and as the advice and experiences I share will be congruent with my life as a Christian.
The name of my blog is a play on words from the parable in Luke 12:18 that tells the store of “the rich fool”. This person tries to gather up all of his goods and lead a life of luxury, only to find out that his time on Earth is over. I am trying to live the life God designed for me. I believe in prudent planning, but at the same time I don’t wish to miss out on a blessing by hoarding money rather than giving it to those in need.
